What we offer

Commission

More than $100/printer, for offline repair only

a. Service Star:

$20/printer bonus for technicians who receive a monthly customer rating of 4.5 or higher.

b. Order Champion:

$100 bonus for technician that finishes 10 valid orders per month; $200 bonus for technician that finishes 20 valid orders per month.

*A valid order refers to an order where the machine is successfully repaired and no further repairs are required within one week.

c. Season Stars:

Free printer or equipment for the top 3 technicians that outperform in both service quality and valid order numbers.

Perks & Benefits

a. The commission is guaranteed for valid orders only - Technicians should provide Procolored with the relevant materials after the repair, including but not limited to Drop Off & Pick Up Form, related repair videos or pictures (The material list will be provided afterwards).

b. Commission will be calculated by month and be paid on 10th of the next month.

c. Technicians will be paid only once if the same machine requires a second repair within one week after the first repair.
