DO NOT BUY PROCOLORED! Our machine has been down over 4 months! after a ton of headaches, back and fourth with Procolored engineers asking us the same questions, suggesting we do the same things over and over we were told we needed a new print head We purchased all new one, along with new ink and a new waste ink pump. Which cost over $800 start printing and we were having the EXACT same issues. Again they told us to do the same things over and over, again told us we NEED ANOTHER NEW PRINT HEAD. So again we bought another one, new ink, new ink sacks, new ink supply lines, cleaned ink bottles spotless. Run the machine, within the first print the white started going pink. Again engineers say the exact same things, OVER AND OVER, Pull the waste ink, pull the ink sacks blah blah blah. Only to tell us WE NEED ANOTHER NEW PRINT HEAD!!machine has now been down 4 months, REPEAT ALL OVER AGAIN now on our 4th printhead, same issues. seems like they just want us to keep giving them more money.
