I purchased this printer in March of 2024. It took almost month more then the anticipated time to get it. Procolored ships to Canada with DHL and DHL is a sick source for delivery. I have had nothing but trouble with them.. so I wish procolored would use someone else. It is not their fault but the package was nowhere to be found for 2 weeks and it was almost at my destination. Upon starting to print the experience was phenomenal. Everything was easy to set up and the prints were outstanding. However after a few months this printer starter to give problems and since it was under 6 months I recieved a new print head. The machine again worked good for a few days. Then it was chaos I did nozzle clean after nozzle clean and I take care of all of my stuff especially this printer since I paid soon much for it. Procolored was good with customer service. However at this time still under a. Year of purchase I am having problems I have no issue buying a new head but if I keep doing so especially since it is so expensive I might as well hire artists to paint the pictures on for me. So I contact them again and they use a different platform now then Skype. At the first time of contact with this new platform I got ahold of somone. They are telling me I told them the printer worked fine after the new Printhead, and yes that is true I did. But that was right after I put the head in. After a few day it started to give problems,and I think they sent a refurbished head like some people do on Amazon. If that is not the case it was defective because it didn't work for long and I did my maintenance like always. They are now avoiding me and saying to buy a new print head. Had the second head worked for 3 months I would not even hesitate to buy a print head but it seems that this costs more money then buying prints especially since they have gone up. Another reason I can't buy one is they are not available now. How long will I have to wait.? Though I will say when this printer works it's prints are nicer and look just as professional or oven more then I recieved from online sellers that do DTF.
