I was very disappointed with the product so many issues never got it to work never got a replacement was offered one but i was going to get it when ever they were available in stock yet if you tried to purchase one online you could …. I was offered a replacement but it was going to be a cheaper one not the one I originally paid so I was going to be losing money which I actually did for getting a refund they charged me a “restock fee” so I didn’t get my full refund and I didn’t get reimbursed when they said I would for sending back the stuff that was left when they said they were going to work on fixing my printer so yup I was going to get the same mest up printer instead of getting a new one a refurbished one… this when on for months till finally I got “my refund not full amount “ this is not worth the headache honesty save your time and 💰

I am very satisfied with the printer, I recommend everything.
The only thing at first the printer did not work gave me a critical error and three red lights were on.
It was very scary, but the support team reacted quickly and helped me solve this problem.
Therefore, if your printer does not work or you are confused, it is better to write to the support service and everyone will be happy. In my experience, it's best to write directly to e-mail.
The same thing with setting up the printer customer service helped me online and it greatly simplified the process.
It’s not worth the money found a better printer that prints 13 x 19 for half the price of this one
