Hello, the print head is the core component of the printer, which directly affects the printing quality. The print heads we sell are brand new rather than refurbished, and the cost is relatively high, so the selling price will be higher. In order to extend the service life of the print head, we suggest that you clean the ink in the print head and install nozzle moisturizer when not using the printer.

My printhead didn’t work upon installation however the technical team over Skype has been super helpful and hopefully the next piece works. My production took a big hit but hey it’s alll part of the business. I am going to make a YouTube soon because there’s not a lot of videos for the dual printer and I’ve been thru it alllllll.
